A small studio that finishes what it starts.

Kikao Pride is a Nairobi design-and-build studio. We take on a few projects at a time and stay with each one from the first sketch to the day the keys change hands.

We hold architecture, construction, and interiors in one team, so the people who draw a project are the people who build it. The detail that usually gets lost in the handover between an architect and a contractor stays with us, and gets resolved on site by the people who intended it.

We work in warm, durable materials and quiet detail, and we measure a project by how it feels to live in once we have left.

Building from abroad

As close to your build as someone down the road.

Many of our clients live abroad and commit to a project they cannot stand on. We run those builds on a clear, repeated process so the distance stops being the hard part.

  3. 03 Clear payment milestones tied to stages you can see, not dates on a calendar.
